1 bunchcilantro
Marinade, destem and deseed microwave covered by moist paper towel for 20 to 30 seconds

4 lbsflank steak
salt each side generously

16 ounceswhole wheat pasta

15 ouncescottage cheese
mac and cheese

15 ouncescheddar cheese
mac and cheese

12 ouncesmilk
mac and cheese

salt
to taste, mac and cheese

pepper
to taste, mac and cheese

sauce

7 ouncesgreek yogurt

Instructions
Step 1
Add all the marinade ingredients together into a blender. Blend until smooth
Step 2
Tenderize flank steak and put in large container. Salt steak generously. Pour in 50 to 75 percent of the marinade and coat well. Cover and let sit at least a few hours.
Step 3
Preheat grill to max heat and grill 3-4 minutes on each side
Step 4
Slice steak into bite size pieces and coat with 5- 6 tbsp leftover marinade
Step 5
Cook pasta and pour over blended cheese sauce to make mac and cheese
Step 6

Make creamy carne aside sauce and enjoy
