Ingredients

For the Chicken:
2Boneless skinless chicken breasts
cooked and shredded
olive oil
salt
to taste
black pepper
to taste
1 tspgarlic powder
½ Tbsponion powder
1 Tbsppaprika
1 tspcumin
For the Burritos:
4flour tortillas
large
2avocados
large, sliced
1 cupromaine lettuce
shredded
1 cupcherry tomatoes
halved
1 cupred onion
diced
1 cupshredded cheddar cheese
For the Ranch Dressing:
6 tablespoonsmayonnaise
¾ cupSour cream
or greek yogurt
¾ cupbuttermilk
½ tspgarlic powder
½ tsponion powder
1 Tbspdill
1 tspdried parsley
2 Tbspchives
salt
to taste
black pepper
to taste
For Garnish:
Instructions
Prepare the Chicken
Step 1
Season the shredded chicken with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and cumin.
Step 2
Toss to coat evenly.
Make the Ranch Dressing
Step 3
In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream and buttermilk.
Step 4
Add garlic powder, onion powder, dill, parsley, chives, salt and black pepper.
Step 5
Mix well until combined.
Assemble the Burritos
Step 6
Lay a large flour tortillas on a flat surface.
Step 7
In the center of the tortilla, evenly layer shredded chicken, sliced avocado, shredded Romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, diced red onion, and shredded cheddar cheese.
Step 8
Drizzle with homemade ranch.
Roll the Burritos
Step 9
Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top to form a burrito.
Step 10
Repeat with the remaining tortillas and fillings.
Serve and Enjoy

Serve immediately. Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro and lime wedges if desired.
