My family's favorite lasanga
This is a quick ( as quick as I can get it) recipe that I learned early in my marriage. My family asks for it often. It's delicious but also a labor of love.

Instructions
Step 1
Pre heat oven to 350 and cook noodles according to packaging.
Step 2
Brown ground beef and onion, add seasoning to your liking
Step 3
Once meat is done add pasta sauce
Step 4
Add in brown sugar in tbl spoon increments to your liking. Brown sugar helps to neutralize the acid in the tomato sauce.
Step 5
Time to assemble!! Add some pasta sauce to the bottom of a casserole dish, then cover with noodles, add about 1/4 - 1/2 cup beef, sprinkle with mozzarella, parmesan and cottage cheese. Repeat till you have used all ingredients.
Step 6
Cover with foil and bake for 30 min, then uncover and cook till the top cheese layer is browned.
