Instructions
Step 1
Cook rice according to package instructions.
Step 2
While the rice is cooking, cook the ground beef in large pan on medium-high heat for 7-8 minutes or until brown.
Step 3
Add 1 cup frozen veggies and cook until soft. Then add the taco seasoning and water according to package instructions. Bring to a boil then simmer on low heat for 3-4 minutes.
Step 4
When everything is done, serve the beef and veggies over rice.
