Instructions
Step 1
Add the oats, sweetener, cinnamon and egg whites to a bowl and mix together.
Step 2
Then add the pumpkin puree, apple sauce and egg whites.
Step 3
Mix everything together until a smooth batter is formed.
Step 4
Spray an oven-safe dish with low-cal oil to prevent the cookies from sticking. Ther divide the mixture into 8 and mold into cookie shapes and place them on the tray. Add a few chocolate chips to each cookie.
Step 5
Bake in the oven at 160C for 40 mins or until golden brown.
