Instructions
Step 1
Add the oats, protein powder, baking powder and cinnamon to a bowl and mix to combine.
Step 2
Add the banana, yogurt, egg whites, apple sauce and vanilla essence to a blender and blend until smooth
Step 3
Add the liquid mixture to the bowl of dry ingredients and mix until a batter is formed.
Step 4
Divide the mixture between 12 muffins cases.
Step 5
Bake in the oven at 180c for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
