Instructions
Step 1
1. In large pan, brown hamburger or chicken with onions. Add seasoning mix and stir.
Step 2
2. Stir in water, tomatoes, corn, and beans. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes.
Step 3
3. Add more water or beer (1/2 cup at a time), to thin if it is thicker than you want.
Step 4
4. Add toppings from below, as desired, to each bowl just before serving
Step 5
Crockpot: brown meat and onions, then add all ingredients to crockpot and cook on low for 4-6 hours
