For the Steaks
For the Chimichurri

1 bunchparsley

2garlic cloves

1serrano chili

¼ tspsalt

3 Tbspred wine vinegar

3 Tbspextra virgin olive oil
For the Butterbean Puree
Instructions
Step 1
Finely chop the chimichuri ingredients, add to a mixing bowl and whisk together
Step 2
Add all butterbean ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth
Step 3
Chop the cauliflower into steaks
Step 4
Rub the cauliflower steaks with avocado oil and then season on both sides
Step 5
Season steaks with salt, pepper & paprika on both sides
Step 6
Heat frying pan to medium/high
Step 7
Sear the steaks on each side until golden brown
