Wash the rhubarb then peel off the woody ends and any stringy bits that come off . Chop into small chunks then add to a baking dish with the sugar sprinkled over

For the crumble add all the dry ingredients to a bowl then whisk together and add the cooled melted butter. Mix with your hands and sprinkle all over the rhubarb then bake at 180 c / 360 f for 30 minutes or until golden and crunchy on top
