Instructions
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 180°C.

2. Spray your tart dish properly.
Step 3
3. Fry the bacon to the crispy stage. Drain, and cut in pieces.

4. Whisk the eggs, cream, thyme and pepper. Pour this in the tart dish.
Step 5
5. Sprinkle the bacon and cheeses on top of the egg mixture.
Step 6
6. Bake for about 30 minites, orbuntil the egg is set.
Step 7
7. Let it cool down for 10 minutes before cutting.
