Step 1
1. Heat pan and fry two eggs.
Step 2
2. Meanwhile, toast Turkish bread for 2-3 minutes.

Chop spring onion and sprinkle on eggs.
Step 4
Remove fried eggs and Turkish bread and place on plate.
Step 5
Tear smoked salmon and place on fried eggs.
Step 6
Pour soy sauce on eggs.
Step 7
Smash avocado on toasted bread.
Step 8
Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
