For Meatballs combine everything, including egg and crackers. Use your hands to mix well. Form into meatballs. You can cook immediately, or freeze. You can fry from frozen, no need to thaw. Bake in the oven at 400 for 20-30 minutes, or air fry on 400 for 20 minutes.
