Brown Butter Gnocchi and Brussel Sprouts

Please not, I think I got this from NYT cooking but adapted it some, can't find the original recipe, sorry!

Instructions

Step 1
Half the Brussel sprouts and trim the ends off
Step 2
In a large skillet, on medium-high heat 3 TBSP olive oil and add the brussels (season with salt and pepper as desired) and turn the brussels so they're cut side face down. Let cook for several minutes (maybe 5-7ish) until they brown and crispy underneath. Put in a bowl
Step 3
Heat 1 TBSP on medium-high and then add the gnocchi (break them up so they're not in stuck together. Cook covered and untouched until they brown on one side. Then add butter, honey, and cook/stir until butter is golden and nutty, add brussels and serve with parmesan.
