Instructions

1. Fry chicken

2. Add water, salt and pepper and wait until you make broth

3. Separately, fry onions and garlic in butter

4. Add flour and mix slowly to the onions and garlic to create roux

5. Take out the chicken to cut it up separately.

6. Use the chicken broth made and slowly incorporate it with the roux.

7. Separate egg yolks into a bowl and mix with one full egg.

8. Slowly mix the broth with the eggs so that the eggs don't cook.

9. Once the broth is done, turn the heat to low and slowly stir in the egg mixture.

10. Add the cut up chicken, vinegar, and cilantro into the eggy broth. Now you can serve it in bowls.
