Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Add your peppers, onions, and chicken to your sheet pan and toss with the seasoning and avocado oil. Make sure everything is spread out and not overlapping. Bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Top with fresh cilantro. Serve over rice or in a tortilla. You can top with salsa, guacamole, sour cream or whatever you’d like!
