Instructions
Step 1
Cook the chicken in a pan with water for about 15 minutes on low temperature, until it's fully cooked and safe to eat. Drain and let cool on a plate.





Step 2
Cut the chive in little rings and the pineapple into smaller pieces. Mix the Greek yogurt with the white part of the chive, the curry powder, chili powder and lemon juice.

Step 3
Pull the chicken apart with 2 forks to form pulled chicken. Mix together with the yogurt and pineapple pieces. Use salt and pepper according to personal preferences.



Step 4
You're done! Serve the salad in a bowl and sprinkle the remaining chive on top.
