Instructions
Step 1
Place chicken in a gallon sized resealable bag. Add 1/4 cup buffalo sauce and 1/2 packet ranch seasoning mix. Close bag and mix
Step 2
Grease large skillet with cooking spray or oil. Add chicken, cook over medium heat for 6 - 8 minutes per side.
Step 3
Melt butter in medium sauce pot. Add 1/4 cup buffalo sauce and cream cheese. Whisk to combine. Slowly add milk, constantly whisking. Add remaining ranch seasoning mix. Whisk until sauce has formed (it will thicken as it cools)
Step 4
Cook pasta as instructed by packaging. Drain.
Step 5
Dice chicken. Add chicken and sauce to pasta. Toss.
Step 6
Garnish with green onion.
