Instructions
Step 1
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Step 2
Add chicken to large zipper bag and season with 1/2 of the taco seasoning. Zip to seal.
Step 3
Chop zucchini and bell pepper into bite-sized pieces. Drain and rinse black beans.
Step 4
Add zucchini, bell pepper, black beans, rest of taco seasoning, and remaining ingredients to separate large zipper bag. Zip to seal and toss around to mix.

To Cook
Step 6
Add oil to skillet and set to medium heat. Cook chicken for 5 minutes, or until cooked through.
Step 7
Add remaining prepped ingredients to skillet and cook on low for another 5-10 minutes.
Step 8
Add shredded cheese and cilantro. Turn off heat and let sit until cheese melts.
Step 9
Serve with avocado slices.
