Omelet
Step 1
Place the eggs in a bowl with the milk and spices. Mix until well combined
Step 2
Cut the bell pepper and tomato into small squares
Step 3
Add the bell pepper, tomato and grated cheese and mix again
Step 4
Heat the oil in the pan. Reduce the heat to medium and add the egg mixture. Fry for approx. 2min and then turn with a quick movement. Fry again for 2min
Sandwich
Step 5
Cut the pretzel in half. Spread on the butter
Step 6
Add the arugula and omelet
