½ tspenglish mustard
1 tspcornflour
blended in 1/2 tsp water
4slices toast

Instructions
Step 1
Pour the ale, cheese, mustard and cornflour into a saucepan
Step 2
Heat gently until thickened, then pour over the toast
Step 3
Grill for extra colour if needed
