Instructions

Step 1
Add oil to a pan on medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and fry for 2 minutes. Add mince and break down. Season with paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes until brown.
Step 2
Mix in peppers. Pour in passata and stock. Mix in Worcestershire and sugar.
Step 3
Add the orzo and mix well. Let it come to a boil then reduce the heat to simmer. Cover with a lid for 8-10 minutes until the sauce is reduced and the orzo is cooked.
Step 4
Mix through cream cheese and Mozzarella.
Step 5
Mix the burger sauce ingredients together.
Step 6
Done
