Crispy sweet chilli beef noodles

Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, add the beef, 1 tsp of ginger, garlic and egg white. Toss to combine and leave to one side.
Step 2
๐ Meanwhile, make the sauce with the ingredients listed.
Step 3
๐ Dip the beef into the cornflour, before air frying at 195 degrees celsius for 13 minutes. Toss throughout.
Step 4
๐Fry off the onion and pepper in the remaining tsp ginger and garlic for a few minutes until softened. Add in the beansprouts for a further few minutes.
Step 5
๐ Add in the noodles, make a well and pour in half of the sauce made earlier.
Step 6
๐In a seperate pan, pour in the remaining sauce. Add in the crispy strips of beef tossing until they are completely coated.
Step 7
๐ Serve the noodles, with the crispy sweet chilli beef on top. Garnish with the fresh spring onion.
