Get well chicken noodle soup

I make this delicious soup any time a family member gets sick. It's full of all the goodies to make you feel better and is made with love! Everyone in my family loves it and requests it even when they are well. The savory broth and delicious vegetables will have you coming back for a second bowl! I serve this soup with some bread and butter on the side.

Step 1
Heat 1 tablespoons vegetable over medium heat. Sautee onion, celery, and carrots about 10 minutes until tender. Add garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute until fragrant
Step 2
Add diced chicken breasts and chicken stock. Then add in apple cider vinegar, tumeric, red pepper flakes and rosemary
Step 3
Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes until chicken is cooked. Boil a separate pot of water for garden rotini cook according to package until al dente
Step 4
Remove rosemary sprig stems, stir in cooked and drained garden rotini. Salt and pepper to taste and serve soup hot, topped with chopped parsley. Enjoy and get well soon!
