Easy Meal PrepπŸ˜‹ Check out my high protein cookbooks for over 100+ recipes just like this one! πŸ“•πŸ‘¨πŸ½β€πŸ³ (link in bio) Serves 4: 🍽️🍽️🍽️🍽️ Calories & Macros πŸ“Š Per Meal: 583 calories 55g P | 68g C | 10g F Chipotle Steak Bites - 650g lean steak diced (I used rump steaks with the fat trimmed - top sirloin or flank are also great) - 20g chipotle paste (brand: Waitrose) - tsp garlic powder - tsp onion powder - tsp smoked paprika - tsp dried coriander/cilantro - juice of 1 lime Sear in a hot pan with cooking spray for 1-2 minutes per side Creamy Chipotle Pasta - 300g penne pasta (uncooked weight) - 100ml reserved pasta water - 260ml low fat milk (I used 1%) - 150g light cream cheese (brand: Philadelphia lightest) - 25g grated parmesan - 2 garlic cloves - 40g chipotle paste - 20g honey - tsp salt Garnishes - Fresh chopped cilantro (optional) Optional Veg πŸ… - this meal prep goes great with some cherry tomatoes or fine green beans Storage & Heating ♨️ - Store for up to 5 days in the fridge - To reheat, add a tsp of water and microwave for 3 minutes partially covered, once heated through mix well and enjoy! Instructions

Step 1
Cut steak into 1-2cm cubes and then add all the other ingredients to it and mix.
Step 2
Blend all sauce ingredients together (apart from the pasta water)
Step 3
Sear steaks for 1-2 mins per side until crispy.
Step 4
Add sauce to pan along with some pasta water. Add pasta and then simmer for a little while.
