Instructions
Step 1
Dice up all the vegetables. Bell peppers, onion, jalapeño, and tomatoes
Step 2
Add all the ingredients except for the Cilantro, into the slow cooker. Cook on high for 4-6 hours or until beef is tender
Step 3
Shredd the meat up. Add back to the pot, mix well, add chopped Cilantro, and enjoy over rice or in a low-carb tortilla
