Instructions
Step 1
Chop chicken and put in bowl, stir is bbq sauce (Trader Joe’s Sirracha garlic bbq sauce is YUM)
Step 2
Chop all veggies
Step 3
Put on sheet pan drizzle with oil, salt and pepper and mix it up
Step 4
Cook at 400 for 20-25 minutes, we served over rice
