Step 1
Add olive oil, onions, hoison sauce, oyster sauce and garlic to pan and cook on medium until onions are dark. Cut two lines on fish on both sides, add rosemary and pepper. Add fish to pan and let the fish cook on the meat side for 10 minutes and 5 minutes on the other side.
