Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 130 degree fan
2. Put oats, coconut, nuts, and salt in large bowl. Pour oil and maple syrup over dry ingredients and mix
3. Whisk egg white til frothy and pour over mixture
4. Spread over baking sheet evenly
5. Bake for 40-50 mins turning halfway through - it should be lightly browned and dry
6. Leave to cool completely and store in airtight jar (will keep for few weeks)
