I usually put on the amount of cheese I want. Many times, I mix co-jack and mozzarella cheese for the topping. When browning the ground beef, season it to taste with Lawry's seasoning salt, black pepper, and onion powder.

Step 1
Cook macaroni noodles and drain
Step 2
Brown ground beef and drain. Season with Lawry's seasoning salt, pepper, and onion powder.
Step 3
Add tomato soup, onion powder, oregano, pepper, and garlic powder to meat. Simmer 8 to 10 minutes.
Step 4
Beat milk and egg together in a separate bowl. Mix into cooked macaroni in a 9x13 pan.
Step 5
Cover noodle mix with meat sauce and top with cheese.
Step 6
Bake at 350⁰ for 20 minutes
