Instructions

Step 1
Coat chicken in Garlic Scallion Olive Oil, then season liberally with salt, garlic powder, red pepper flakes and parsley
Step 2
On the Grill - heat to a minimum of 450° up to 600°+. Grill for five minutes on each side, then serve
Step 3
Stovetop - Heat 2 TB of olive oil in a cast iron pan on medium to medium high heat, cook skin side down for 5-7 minutes until it starts to crisp, then flip and cook for another 5-7 minutes until a brown crust forms, then finish again for a couple of minutes on the skin side before removing from heat
