Instructions

Step 1
Chop onions, dice veggies and apple Fry onions and garlic until soft Add veggies and fry for a few minutes. Add the spices and honey. Cook for a few more minutes before adding the stock. Bring to the boil. Leave to simmer for 15-20 mins or until the vegetables are very soft. • Blend. • Add milk and reheat.
