Instructions

Step 1
1. Heat salmon filet over medium heat for 20 minutes. Once cooked, place into bowl and mash with fork with mayo, cream cheese, & hot sauce.
Step 2
2. Thinly slice cucumber long ways with a vegetable peeler and pat dry with paper towel. Lay them side by side to create a sheet of cucumber.
Step 3
3. Place spicy salmon mix long ways as you would sushi rolls. Add thinly sliced avocado along the spicy salmon and pat together with fingers.
Step 4
4. Carefully fold cucumber sheet over top and roll a sushi roll with the spicy salmon mixture and sliced avocado inside. Sliced into eight pieces.
Step 5
5. Dip in coconut aminos and enjoy!
