Instructions

Step 1
Heat the oil in a pan and add the chopped garlic and ginger. Sauté until fragrant.

Add the chilli sambal and cook for a few seconds until the rawness is gone.

Add the thinly sliced chicken and cook until the color changes and the chicken is cooked through.
Step 4
Cut the tips off the green beans and add them to the chicken along with the sliced onions. Stir fry for a minute or two.
Step 5
In a bowl, combine the black bean sauce, oyster sauce, soya sauce, brown sugar, white pepper, corn flour, and water to make the sauce. Stir well and add it to the pan.
Step 6
Cook on medium-high heat until the sauce thickens and the chicken is fully cooked.
