Easy quick plain chow mein enough for 2 people as a side or 1 person on its on own , lovely with some curry sauce or just plain 😋 , I use lucky boat egg noodles !

Instructions

Step 1
Add the sesame seed oil to a heated pan and put the nest of noodles in a boiling pan
Step 2
Add in the half sliced onion
Step 3
Fry until softened , at around this point the noodles should be softened, strain them and set to the side
Step 4
Add in the msg and stir
Step 5
Add in the beansprouts and fry for 3 mins
Step 6
Add in the noodles and mix until everything is mixed in together
Step 7
Add in the soy sauces and stir allow to cook for another 3 mins
Step 8
Serve and enjoy !
