Instructions

Step 1
Lightly toast rolled oats
Step 2
Add rolled oats, chopped pecans, pumpkin seeds and bran sticks into air tight food storage container.
Step 3
Add cinnamon to oat mix, close lid and shake container until contence is coated in cinnamon.
Step 4
Add apple and shake. Now ready to store
Step 5
Add milk when ready to eat and heat in the microwave to allow milk to soak into museli and soften if prefered softer or eat straight away if prefered crunchy.
