1 Tbspthai red curry paste
1 ½ cupwater
½ cupcoconut milk
1 tspsoy sauce
1 Tbspfish sauce
1 Tbspsugar
1pak choy
or spinach
10frozen dumpling
or 12 frozen dumplings

Instructions
Step 1
Fry off red curry paste for 2 minutes
Step 2
Add boiling water and coconut milk and mix together
Step 3
Season with soy sauce, fish sauce and a little sugar
Step 4
Add in greens and frozen dumpings
Step 5
Let it cook for 5-8 minutes before serving with toppings
