Instructions
Step 1
Place cubed chicken in gallon size baggie. Add corn starch close bag and shake to coat the chicken. Add to the crockpot.
Step 2
In a bowl whisk together soy sauce, red pepper flakes, water, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic and honey. Set aside
Step 3
Add sliced red pepper on top of the chicken. Pour the sauce over the chicken and peppers and stir to coat.
Step 4
Serve over rice and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
Step 5
Cover and cook on high 3-31/2 hours or low for 5-51/2 hours.
