Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400F
Step 2
Cut onions into thin strips and remove garlic from shells
Step 3
Evenly coat onions and garlic with olive oil and add salt. Throw a splash of water in there to help steam onions.
Step 4
Every 10 min or so mix onions so they cook evenly. Cook for roughly 40-50 min
