Step 1
Cut eggplant length-wise into equal parts (aim so they fix in your steamer, or on a plate that fits in your steamer). Cut in half, then slice into wedges. Coat in salt and let sit 10 minutes
Step 2
Rinse well with water. Place on a plate in your steamerand steam 10 minutes.
Step 3
In separate bowl, add garlic, chopped red chili, and green onion. Pour boiling oil over top before adding remaining sauce ingredients.
Step 4
Serve over steamed rice! Enjoy!
