Instructions

Step 1
Season pork chops with the listed seasonings.
Step 2
Coat the pork chops in flour
Step 3
Add a bit of olive oil to a skillet and cook pork chops on both sides
Step 4
Once cooked, remove the pork chops and remove some of the burnt pieces from the pan. Add butter and minced onion.
Step 5
Add flour, heavy cream, water, and chicken bouillon. Whisk together.
Step 6
Place the pork chops back into the skillet and simmer for a few minutes for the gravy to thicken.
