Instructions

Step 1
In a large saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. When hot add the minced garlic & shallots & cook until fragrant. Add the tomato paste & cook for about 2 minutes. Add the heavy cream & spices & then stir until fully incorporated. Cook for a few minutes, until sauce starts to thicken. Then stir in the reserved pasta water, a little at a time until you get the consistency you want. Add the cooked pasta and serve!
