Instructions

Step 1
Begin by boiling your pasta water. Add a pinch of salt.
Step 2
Slice your onions, bell pepper and sausages.

Mince 2-3 garlic to get a 1 full Tbsp.

Once your water is boiling, add 1 serving of spaghetti.

Next, heat up your pan to medium heat. Drizzle oil and add your sausages.

Cook for 1-2 minutes and then add your onions, bell peppers and 1 Tbsp minced garlic.

Next, drain your pasta water and leave 2-3 Tbsps.

Next, add your spaghetti into the pan.
Step 9
Add 3 Tbsp of ketchup, 1.5 Tbsp of oyster sauce and 2-3 Tbsp of pasta water. Then, mix!
