Cut the spinach into thin strips.

Add a little salt and pepper and steam the chopped vegetables in 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil.

Cut the mozzarella into small cubes, add it to the spinach together with the garlic and simmer until the cheese melts.
Step 5
Adjust the seasoning to taste, then sprinkle the finished spinach with grated parmesan.
