Chicken and asparagus Lemon and herb ricotta pasta

Step 1
Heat the oven to 425
Step 2
Dice the chicken and asparagus into 1 inch pieces
Step 3
Arrange the chicken and asparagus on a foil lined sheet pan
Step 4
Drizzle with olive oil and garlic salt, top with Parmesan and lemon juice
Step 5
Bake for 20 minutes and remove the asparagus. Broil the chicken for 3-4 minutes to get it crispy
Step 6
While the chicken and asparagus are baking, cook the pasta to your liking
Step 7
Reserve about 2 tbsp of pasta water and drain the rest. Return the pasta to the pot and add the asparagus.
Step 8
Add 1 cup of sauce and stir to coat
Step 9
Add chicken and the rest of the sauce and more parmesan. Add parsley for garnish
