French Onion Meatballs with potatoes

Instructions

Step 1
Throw the meatballs, onion soup, onion soup mix, beef broth, and mushrooms into a crockpot and cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 5-6 hours.
Step 2
Add 2 tbsp of cornstarch to 1/4 cup water and stir well then add to crockpot to thicken sauce.
Step 3
Boil the potatoes in a pot until soft.
Step 4
Put them in a bowl and mix them with sour cream, cream cheese, and butter
Step 5
Grease the bottom of a casserole dish and add a sprinkle of Parmesan to cover the bottom. Add potato mixture on top and then Parmesan again. Cook in oven at 350 for 30-45 minutes until golden brown.
Step 6
Serve on plate with mashed potatoes on bottom and meatballs on top with your choice of veggie. Enjoy.
