Is such a delicious and easy recipe, I made them yesterday for lunch with some sweet tea and veggies on the side.

Ingredients

6 cupsflour
2 teaspoonsyeast
1 tablespoonsalt
2 ⅓ cupwater
warm
1 cupolive oil
6onions
medium size, diced really small
1 tablespoonvegeta seasoning
3 tablespoonscoriander powder
1 teaspoonblack pepper
½ teaspoonchili flakes
½ teaspooncumin
1.5 x 6 ozcans of tomato paste
¼ teaspoonsalt
olive oil
for drizzle on the dough when rolling it out
Instructions
Step 1
1. Make the dough by combining all the ingredients and turn on the mixer until your dough forms it should take about 10 minutes. Leave the dough inside the mixing bowl
Step 2
2. Cover the Bowl with plastic wrap and a towel and let it rest for about an hour or until it doubles and size
Step 3
3. While the Dough is resting next make the filling dice the onions really small
Step 4
4. Put a pan on high heat, add the olive oil and wait for the oil to get hot
Step 5
5. Then add in the onions, all the spices mix and let the onions cook until soften
Step 6
6. Next add in the 1 and 1/2 6oz cans of tomato paste and mix again until the tomato paste is well combined, let that cook for another 3 to 4 minute sprinkle some salt on top if needed and done
Step 7
7. After your Dough has doubled in size formed the dough into 3 large balls cover again with the kitchen towel
Step 8
8. Drizzle some olive oil on the bottom of the pizza tray put one of the dough balls in the tray drizzle more olive oil on top and Roll out the dough with your finger into a large circle
Step 9
9. spread some of the filling on the dough then into the oven it goes at 475° for about 20 minutes or until the bottom is golden, make some tea and enjoy!
