This is my infused version of lasagna with left over paneer makhni .Here i will share 2 recipes in one .i hope my recipe will help you,have a good day

Instructions
Step 1
Chop 2 onions,5 to 6 small cloves of garlic, 1 inch ginger, 4 big tomatos and 1/4 of a beetroot
Step 2
Add ghee in a pan then add one tea spoon cumin ,1 bay leaf,1 black cardamom, 1 cardamom, 1 cinnamon, 4 cloves,1 star anise(optional) and half mace(optional) and leave it for a few seconds till armoatic
Step 3
Now add in chopped onion saute till transparent then add copper ginger&garlic saute till golden brown ,next add in turmeric powder,Coriander powder, cumin powder (optional), kashmiri red chili powder (it will give the gravy red colour a a bit of spiciness you can skip this if you want to),sauté for a min then add in chopped tomato and beetroot (optional, gives red colour to gravy)give it a good mix add salt according to taste here i added 1 table spoon. Add 1/4 cup water put on lid let it cook on shimmer for 10 to 15 min.
Step 4
Now take out all the whole spices(bay leaf ,cardamom ,black cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, mace,star anise)from gravy.add half tea spoon honey ,10 to 15 cashew (better if soaked overnight),Melon seeds(optional, melon seeds are good replacement for cashews you can add 7 cashews and 1 3 tea spoon Melon seeds )blend the the gravy in mixer to form paste
Step 5
Add butter in a pan ,add gravy paste and let it cook for 5 min with lid now add paneer garnish and cook for another 5 min garnish with kasturi methi and fresh cream
Step 6
Now take a sqaure base bowl arrange bread in the base i like to add a little toasted bread,then add your makni gravy ,add another layer of bread top it up with makhni gravy ,cover the surface with cheese above microwave it for 30 seconds.
Step 7
If you don't have microwave no worries just take a sqaure base bowl arrange bread in the base i use a little toasted bread,then add your makni gravy on top ,add another layer of bread top it up with makhni gravy .heat some milk (half the quantity of cheese taken) then add in processed cheese or cheese slices give it a good mix ,now you cheese sauce is ready pour it on the makani gravy add mozzarella above(optional )

Sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes and enjoy 😋
