Japanese beef curry udon

Instructions

Step 1
In a pot, heat 1 tbsp of oil over medium high heat. Add the beef and sauté until it is browned. Set aside.
Step 2
2. Then, sauté the garlic and onions until it is translucent.
Step 3
3. Next, add the carrots and potatoes. Stir often to prevent burning.
Step 4
4. Add the water to the pot, bring it to a boil and cook the vegetables for about 5 minutes over low heat.
Step 5
5. Add the S&B Golden Curry Medium Hot in and mix through. Keep stirring until desired consistency is achieved.
Step 6
6. Turn the heat off and finish with 1 tosp of butter.
Step 7
7. Add the cooked meat to the curry and give it a good mix.
Step 8
8. Ladle the curry beef over udon, serve with soft boiled eggs. Garnish with spring onion, toasted sesame seeds and Shichimi Togarashi.
