Step 1
Chop Onion, garlic & Mushrooms and put in a bowl

In another bowl cover the meat with salt, pepper and flour

Melt butter in pan
Add onion, Garlic & Mushrooms
Cook off for a few minutes
Remove from heat and put in a bowl

Return Pan to the heat
Add Table Spoon of Oil to the pan
Add Beef & Brown

Return Onion/Mushroom mix to the pan Add Paprika Add Wine to the mix Cook Off
Add Thyme
Add Tomato Paste
Add Stock
Add Mustard
paprika2 Tbsp
wine1 cup
thyme
tomato paste2 Tbsp
beef stock1 ½ cups
dijon mustard2 Tbsp
Step 6
Turn the heat down and cook covered for a few hours if possible
Better meat takes less time.
Step 7
Once ready make mash
mash potatoes
