I made this random sauce to go over salmon and broccolini. It was delicious.

Ingredients
2 servings
1 tsproast chicken bouillon

8 ozwater
boiling, for bouillon

3 clovesminced garlic

¼ cupunsweetened soy milk
I didn't actually measure, add to whatever creaminess level feels good

2 Tbsptahini

½ tspyellow miso
heaping

½ tspDijon mustard
heaping

½ tspkewpie mayo

0.25lemon
juiced, figure out right proportions with lemon zest, Didn't use zest but want to I'm the future

¼ tspdried thyme
I put some in my hand, didn't actually measure

onion powder
two

½ Tbspbrown sugar
balance with sweetness as needed

salt
to taste

pepper
to taste

vegan butter

2 sprigsdill
garnish for two servings
Instructions
Step 1
Dissolve bouillon in boiling water. Add remaining ingredients other than the butter and reduce. Sweeten and season to taste. Add butter to make the sauce more velvety. Thicken as needed. Garnish with a sprig of dill.
